Deep Uncertainty in Water Planning

The Spring Runoff Conference, hosted by the USU Water Initiative, is held annually on the Campus of Utah State University.

The conference provides a forum for interdisciplinary sharing and exchange of ideas on water-related issues in Utah and the Intermountain Region. Topics for the conference extend to all aspects of water science, ecology, policy, engineering, economics, and management.

We invite students, faculty, consulting, and governmental agency professionals, and environmental and citizen organizations to participate.

Conference Information

The 2020 Spring Runoff Conference combines, in one efficient day, a morning plenary session and paper presentation sessions at the Eccles Conference Center on the USU Campus. Poster presentations will occur in the evening at the Logan River Golf and Country Club.

Conference rates:  $50; Student: $30

Presentation Abstracts should be 200 words or less. Prizes will be awarded for the best posters.


Abstract Deadline: 
5 p.m, Monday, February 17, 2020. Abstracts submitted after this deadline will be considered as room is available in the schedule.
